Our advanced equipment allows us to handle a maximum board size of 680x500mm, while still accommodating boards as small as 0.25"x 0.25".
When it comes to component size, we can handle passives down to 0201 size, as well as BGA and VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. Our expertise extends to fine pitch components up to 08 mil, and we are skilled in BGA repair and reball, as well as part removal and replacement.
For SMT and Thru-hole processes, we have a press range of 0-50KN and can accommodate components with a top height of 120mm and a bottom height of 15mm. Our high-speed capabilities ensure efficient assembly, with a speed of 0.15sec/chip and 0.7sec/QFP.
