With a daily SMT placement capability of 2.8 million and a daily DIP placement capability of 1 million, we can handle projects of any size.
Our maximum board size is 680x500mm, providing ample space for your designs. We can also accommodate smaller boards, with a minimum size of 0.25"x 0.25". Our capabilities extend to wave-soldering, with a maximum width of 450mm.
When it comes to components, we can handle even the smallest sizes, down to 0201. We are experienced in working with various types of components, including BGA, VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. Our expertise extends to fine pitch assembly, with the ability to work with pitches as small as 08 mil. We also offer BGA repair and reball, as well as part removal and replacement services.
