Our PCBA capabilities include the assembly of various components, such as passives down to 0201 size, BGA and VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. We can handle fine pitch up to 08 mil and provide BGA repair and reball services, as well as part removal and replacement.
In terms of SMT and thru-hole capabilities, we have a press range of 0-50KN and can accommodate components with a top height of 120mm and a bottom height of 15mm.
