With a daily SMT placement capability of 2.8 million and a daily DIP placement capability of 1 million, we can handle high-volume production with ease.

 

Our maximum board size is 680x500mm, providing ample space for your designs. We can also accommodate smaller boards, with a minimum size of 0.25"x 0.25".

 

When it comes to component size, we can handle passives down to 0201 size, as well as BGA and VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. Our capabilities extend to fine pitch to 08 mil BGA, and we can also provide BGA repair and reball, as well as part removal and replacement.

 

In addition to SMT and thru-hole assembly, we offer a range of testing and inspection services. Our 0-50KN press range ensures secure component attachment, and our X-RAY inspection, AOI testing, in-circuit-test, flying probe, burn-in, and function test guarantee the quality and reliability of your PCBs.
