PCBA Capability

With our Sony High-Speed SMT Lines, we have the capacity to perform 2.8 million daily SMT placements and 1.1 million daily DIP placements. This allows us to handle a wide range of board sizes, from a maximum of 680x500mm to a minimum of 0.25"x 0.25".
Our expertise extends to various components, including passives down to 0201 size, BGA and VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. We are also skilled in fine pitch to 08 mil BGA, repair and reball, as well as part removal and replacement.
When it comes to SMT and Thru-hole, we offer a press range of 0-50KN and can accommodate components with a top height of 120mm and a bottom height of 15mm. Our high-speed capabilities allow for quick and precise placement, with a speed of 0.15sec/chip and 0.7sec/QFP.
