With our Sony High-Speed SMT Lines, we can handle up to 8 million daily SMT placements and 1 million daily DIP placements. Our maximum board size is 680x500mm, while the minimum board size is 0.25"x 0.25". We can accommodate passives components down to 0201 size, as well as BGA and VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. Our fine pitch capability goes down to 08 mil, and we also offer BGA repair and reball, as well as part removal and replacement.
In addition to our SMT capabilities, we also provide thorough-hole services with a press range of 0-50KN. Our top component height is 120mm, while the bottom component height is 15mm.
