We can handle boards with a maximum size of 680x500mm and a minimum size of 0.25"x 0.25". Our expertise extends to passives components down to 0201 size, BGA and VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. We can also handle fine pitch to 08 mil and offer BGA repair and reball, as well as part removal and replacement.
