Our advanced equipment allows us to work with a maximum board size of 680x500mm, while still accommodating boards as small as 0.25"x 0.25".
When it comes to component size, we can handle passives down to 0201 size, as well as BGA and VFBGA, leadless chip carrier/CSP, and double-sided SMT assembly. Our expertise extends to fine pitch components, with the ability to work with pitches as small as 08 mil. We also offer BGA repair and reball, as well as part removal and replacement services.
In addition to our SMT and Thru-hole capabilities, we have a press range of 0-50KN and can accommodate components with a top height of 120mm and a bottom height of 15mm. Our high-speed operation ensures efficient production, with a chip placement time of 0.15 seconds and QFP placement time of 0.7 seconds.
